As first-time home buyers the idea of purchasing a house was beyond daunting. A part of that was also due to our somewhat negative sentiments about realtors being out to make quick money by selling us any house that came along. Lori not only shattered those perceptions, but at times it felt like she knew what we were looking for in a house better than we did. Lori sold our house for substantially over asking price in just one viewing. Literally our house was on the market for mere hours. Little did we know just how hard it would be to find a house to buy.
